- NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
- Eligibility. The Camino NorCal FIFA Match Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of CA, age 21 or older who follow the Sweepstakes rules outlined here (collectively, the “Eligibility Requirements”). Employees of Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- How to Enter. To enter, beginning on 4/21/26 at 5:00am PT through 5/31/26 at 11:59pm PT, you must complete your entry in the online entry form, available at (Entry Page Linked Here). The entry must fulfill all Eligibility Requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
- Prize. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will win two (2) FIFA Pavillion Hospitality Tickets to the Qatar vs Switzerland match on 6/13 at the SF/Bay Area Stadium. Total prize value is $2,950. Neither travel & transportation costs nor any cannabis products are provided in connection with this sweepstakes. This giveaway is not affiliated with FIFA.. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
- Drawing; Notification of Winners. All Sweepstakes entries received that meet the Eligibility Requirements will be entered into the prize drawing. The Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received on or about two (2) days after the entry period is complete. The Winner will be notified by email using the email address provided in the online entry form. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ALL DECISIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, WINNER SELECTION AND DISQUALIFICATION SHALL BE FINAL.
- General Rules. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is offered by Sponsor, Kiva Confections, 2300 N. Loop Rd., Alameda, CA 94502. By participating and/or winning a prize, entrant releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or, if applicable, the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation: (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
- Privacy Policy. Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.kivaconfections.com/privacy.
- Additional Conditions. Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
